The Nursery
Conveniently located on the corner between Elthorne Road and Boothby Road, minutes from Archway Underground Station and Upper Holloway Overground Station, Archway Day Nursery and Preschool cares for children from 3 months to 5 years of age.
The nursery operates from a renovated, bright and airy Victorian building.
It includes three main rooms – a Baby Room for children under the age of 2, a Toddler Room for those aged between 2 and 3, and a Preschool for children over the age of 3.
We are open Monday to Friday, starting at 8am and finishing at 6pm, all year, except for a two-week holiday over the Christmas period and bank holidays.
The Learning Environment
We put the wellbeing and education of the children at the core of our philosophy, using interesting and engaging play sessions as a platform from which children can learn. Qualified teachers and practitioners follow a comprehensive curriculum that prepares children to progress to top schools.
External qualified teachers offer weekly sessions ranging from Yoga to Music to Mandarin Chinese and other languages at the Toddler and Preschool rooms. Parents are encouraged to participate in their child’s learning through daily feedback sessions and through bi-annual reports that assess progress over the preceding months.
A keyworker, assigned to every child, observes and records progress and plans ahead accordingly. Overall, Archway Day Nursery and Preschool provides a positive, secure and happy environment where every child matters.

Archway Day Nursery and Preschool is run by a team of qualified and competent educators.
They have a vast experience in different educational settings in the UK and abroad.
Over the past years, they have achieved an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ rating in two other local settings we manage.
The nursery employs staff that are qualified, experienced, and passionate about our ethos of always putting a child’s needs first.
This creates a positive, secure and happy environment for the staff and for the children.
